The Challenge
Perth Fitness Studio was spending $3,000/month on Facebook ads with zero tracking and no strategy. They were getting likes and comments but almost no actual bookings. The Strategy
We completely rebuilt their paid acquisition funnel from scratch:

- Budget reallocation — shifted 70% of budget to top-performing audiences and paused underperformers within 2 weeks
